I have been a General Contractor since 1981 and back then would hire Bob Callis construction to do all of my concrete and framing for my high end custom homes. His company has provided full service General Contracting for over 25 years with a clean professional finish. No BS, he is a straight shooter. Bob the Builder, as our son knows him, did an excellent job removing a load bearing wall from the middle of our living room. He is pleasant to work with, HONEST, and straight forward. His subs were respectful of our home, clean, and hard working. It was apparent that they enjoyed working with Bob and respected his authority and opinions. We were so happy with the work on the wall that we asked him back to head up a window, door, and patio project and have been nothing but impressed. We used CBC for a small patio extension, that involved tile, concrete, plumbing and electrical work. The workers were timely, professional, courteous and completed the job on time, for less than quoted, and finished every detail…and called back a week later to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It’s been two years and the patio extension looks like the original and we enjoy our home more with this useful extension.
Bob Callis is amazing. I had a complete construction in my house in Westlake Village. We had to move out for 9 months! He was there everyday.
